Dear readers;

The sixth of ICONSR organization was held in Budva/Montenegro between August 30 -

September 1, 2023. ICONSR organizations aim to provide and encourage interdisciplinary
interaction by bringing together scientists from all disciplines of social sciences. We try to
provide a discussion and meeting environment for those working in the field of social
sciences to share their research findings and thoughts, and to evaluate the latest developments
in social sciences. This year, 40 papers from different 10 countries presented by scientists in
ICONSR organizations. Turkey is the country with the highest participation with 46%,
followed by Kosovo with 11%, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Albania 8%, Hungary
5%, Indonesia, Greece, Azerbaijan, and Romania with 3.5%. Outside of Türkiye participant
rate is 54%.

As ICONSR organizations, we will continue to organize organizations with the value you
deserve in order to exchange ideas against the greatest threat facing humanity, to inspire each
other and to contribute to science. See you at your future events.

 The Future of E-Commerce

Abstract: With the acceleration of technological development, important transformations are also taking
place in the commercial sector. E-commerce is one of the most important transitions in this change. With
the widespread use of the Internet, businesses have found opportunities to showcase their products and
services on a digital platform, and consumers have the ability to shop online. E-commerce refers to the
performance of commercial activities in an electronic environment. This type of commerce takes place on
a digital platform, unlike traditional retail methods. Elements such as virtual stores, online payment
systems, and digital marketing strategies are key features of e-commerce. E-commerce brings many
benefits to both businesses and consumers. Businesses enjoy benefits such as reduced operating costs,
global reach, and personalized marketing, while consumers enjoy benefits such as a broader product range,
ease of comparison, and convenience when shopping online. With the spread of e-commerce, security and
privacy issues have become an important issue. Risks such as online fraud and theft of personal data are
issues faced by consumers and businesses. At the same time, the logistics and delivery process is one of the
challenges of e-commerce. E-commerce has the potential to grow further in the future. It will be possible
to provide a personalized shopping experience through the integration of technologies such as artificial
intelligence and big data analytics. In addition, issues such as sustainability and environmental impact will
influence the future direction of e-commerce. E-commerce represents a revolutionary transformation in the
world of commerce. While providing a faster, more efficient global trading platform than traditional trading
methods, it also poses significant security and privacy challenges. In the future, it is expected that e-
commerce along with technological advancements will further develop and reshape the world of commerce.
