We wish to request from your good office to accommodate us, the Division Swimming Delegation in
the Laguna Sports Complex Pool as the venue for the upcoming Division Athletic Meet 2024 on
February 22 – 24, 2024.

Moreover, we would like also to request the following materials needed in the swimming pool area for
the participants and technical officials of the said event:

3 sets of tents
50 monoblock chairs
4 tables
10 stop watch
1 set of sound system including microphone and speaker
