Research suggests that they apply equally to domestic and international

situations. These are the basic principles or conditions that facilitate learning.
Learning is a change in behaviour as a result of experience. All living is
learning.Learning can be defined as a relatively permanent change in behaviour
potentiality that results from reinforced practice or experience.
Relevance: Learning is helped when the material to be learned is meaningful. The
learning should be problem centered rather than content centered.
People are motivated to learn when training is immediately relevant to help them
solve a current problem.Learning something just because someone says "it is
important" is not as motivating.

Interest: This criticism is valid to the learners centered curriculum. Students

learn best if the subject matter is interesting, this makes it meaningful to them.
However, if the curriculum is subject centered, teachers have no choice but to
finish the pacing schedule religiously and only teach what is in the book. This
approach explains why many students fail in the subject.

Validity: Validity refers to the authenticity of the subject matter of content you
selected. Make sure that the topics are not obsolete.
For example, do not include typewriting as a skill to be learned by college
students. That should be about the computer or Information Technology (IT).
Thus, there is a need to regularly check the curriculum's subject matter or
contents and replace it if necessary. Do not wait for another five years to change
it.

Signification: The subject matter or content is significant if it is selected and

organised to develop learning activities, skills, processes and attitudes. It also
develops the three domains of learning, namely the cognitive, affective and
psychomotor skills and considers the learners' cultural aspects. Particularly if
your students come from different cultural backgrounds and races, the subject
matter must be culture sensitive.

Transference: Because the training occurs in a special environment an important

question to ask is whether learning will transfer to the actual job situation.
Transfer of training occurs when trainees can apply the knowledge and skills
learned in training courses to their jobs if the learning in one setting does not
transfer to the actual job situation the training has failed.Three transfer
training situations are possible (1) Positive transfer of training when the
training activities enhance performance in the new situation; (2) Negative transfer
of training when the training activities inhibit performance in a new situation;
and (3) No observable effect of training.

Question 2
Answer: The difference between curriculum and syllabus is that a subject syllabus
is just a unit of a course or subject curriculum.Curriculum can be termed as a
combination of the syllabus, course design, classes timetable as well as lesson
plans for the subject. A curriculum also helps in planning how a certain subject or
course will be covered. Let's begin with the discussion of syllabus vs curriculum
and explore their key differences.
The curriculum doesn't follow the personalized approach. It's the same for all the
teachers and students. The curriculum may be changed to adopt a more personalized
approach if there is an urgent need to refresh the old policy due to technology
changes. the employment market and generation mentality. The syllabus reflects the
personal approach of the teacher. Also, year-to-year student review evaluations
have an impact on students' individual preferences on syllabus.
The level of seriousness of the curriculum assumes that it's created once for a
significantly long-term period. The syllabus is designed for a certain period of a
class studying a subject.
The curriculum mostly focuses on the result of the study program as a product. It
plans the major set of activities such as the course's outcome, the quantity, and
forms of academic work necessary to complete within the course. The syllabus focused
on day-to-day operation in class.
The curriculum is a general, standardized description for the main study units of
the educational institution. Beyond the study program or course, it may even relate
to the whole university. On the contrary, a syllabus is a detailed content plan for
a particular subject.
