Method 1 - Assessment on Referral Information Reasons for decision are also published at each decision point.
Method 2 - Assessment by Supplementary Environmental Report (SER) All timeframes are expressed as business days.
Method 3 - Assessment by Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) Public Comment - period may be extended in consultation with the proponent.
TOR - Terms of Reference Range of 30-60 business days (determined by NT EPA) applies to public comment on draft EIS.
SUPP - Supplement Additional time for other consultations or processes may apply. For example, additional time
for proponent and statutory decision-maker comments on draft environmental approvals.
Proponents will be advised at the appropriate time.
