LETTER REQUEST

Sir:

I hope that this letter finds you well.

This is in furtherance of my Letter Request dated 08 October 2015 to the then

Secretary of Justice. The aforesaid Letter Request stated that:

In a Letter dated 07 September 2015, the Office of the City Prosecutor of

Roxas City, Capiz forwarded for AUTOMATIC REVIEW the entire records of the
case entitled:

PO2 ROBELYN P. ASTROS

VS. ARJAY BORNALES BARBASA
NPS. DOCKET NO. VI-06-INQ-15C-00081 to 00083
For Violations of Sections 5, 11, & 12
of Art. II of RA No. 9165

As of this writing, I am still awaiting for the Resolution of the Department of

Justice. I have been detained at the Roxas City Police Station, Pueblo de Panay,
Roxas City, Capiz since 01 July 2015. Hence, I am humbly appealing to your
kindness and consideration that my case be resolved at the soonest possible
time.

I am hoping that my humble request will merit a positive response. Thank you
