Introduction

Isuzu Motors Limited is publishing the guidelines on the use of corporate visuals as the Isuzu Visual
Identification System (I.VIS) Manual in order to ensure effective penetration of our brand identity.

The I.VIS is an important manual that describes the basic design system to express the company’s corporate
symbol as well as the design principles and usage that all Isuzu group companies must follow. In order to
raise global brand recognition of Isuzu, it is essential to strictly observe the manual’s guidelines and
principles when using visual identification material.

The corporate symbol described in the manual is “intellectual property” owned by Isuzu Motors

Limited. The manual does not grant the right to use this intellectual property. Therefore, please carefully
check the following:
・For those who intend to use the corporate symbol – confirm details of agreement on permission to use
the corporate symbol prior to use.
・For those who intend to distribute this manual – confirm whether or not there is an agreement with the
recipient to use the corporate symbol as well as agreement details.

I.VIS Basic Organization

The Isuzu Visual Identification System (I.VIS) summarizes the regulations of visuals that express the brand
identify of Isuzu. The I.VIS consists of the corporate symbol, color and company name display as well as
various key elements related to brand.

As for Part A (corporate symbol, color and company name display), please strictly observe the rules outlined
in the manual.

Items in Part B, C, D and E are positioned as recommendations to establish the Isuzu brand. While
business conditions will dictate the best approach, usage should be based on the principles set forth in the
manual.

Isuzu Motors Limited adopted the following corporate vision, mission and statement in October 2004.

work at Isuzu as well as a reference when facing difficult decisions. The corporate statement, which briefly
