pulse at the wrist or neck, or through the use of heart rate monitors that track heart rate in real-time.
 Step tracking: Step tracking is a method used to monitor daily physical activity levels. This can be done through wearable devices such as pedometers or fitness
trackers that track steps taken, distance traveled, and calories burned.
