1. The engine of the truck and PTO is on.

2. Switch to local operating mode, then acknowledge.
3. Note that the delivery cylinder does not contain concrete.
4. Move the handle of the both ball valve to the closed position (ball valve "a" and "b").
5. Press the "EXIT" function buttons on the control panel for maintenance until both pistons are in the water tank.
6. Then switch off the motor and secure it against being switched on again.
7. The change-over pressure gauge, in the middle, see picture, must be at zero.
8. Replace piston.

9. After replacing the pistons, open the ball valves "a" and "b". Then start the engine , then acknowledge.
10. Press the buttons' function "RESET" until both pistons are no longer visible in the water tank.
11. Release the button, the button is now in the middle position.
12. Then wait approx. 60 seconds until the accumulador is loaded!
13. Switch on the pump at the local control panel. After a stroke correction, the pump runs normally.
