SUBJECT : APPOINTMENT OF THE POSITION OF PRESIDENT TO

THE VICE PRESIDENT OF SSG RESPECTIVELY

The Article VII Sec. 2 B, of the Supreme Student Government Constitutional and By-
Laws mandates that Incase of incapacity, resignation, impeachment and permanent vacancies of
the position of the President, the Vice President shall assume its position.

With the official exit of your truly President of the Supreme Student Government. I
hereby appoint John Raven R. Sumalpong, Vice President of the SSG, as the new
President/Officer-in-charge until a new set of Officer are appointed, effective today April 22,
2024. I have complete confidence in John Raven R. Sumalpong's ability to lead our student body
forward. He has been an integral part of the SSG, and I have witnessed firsthand his commitment
and passion for our organization. I am confident that under his leadership, the SSG will continue
to thrive and achieve new heights.

Under this appointment, He is authorizing to create and sign any document on my

behalf whether the signature of the President is required.

In the coming days, please direct any questions or concerns regarding the transition to
John Raven Sumalpong. He will be more than happy to address any inquiries you may have.

Thank you once again for your support, dedication, and hard work. It has been an
honor serving as the SSG President. I wish you all the very best in your future endeavors.
