Anton Dell has worked in retail and manufacturing for decades, with a particular focus on export.
His extensive involvement in the sector has furnished him with unparalleled insight into the
industry on a global scale, as well as with an in-depth understanding of fashion markets. Prior to
founding the consultancy in 1994, Anton worked for 20 years as a leading fashion agent.

Our vision is to continue to evolve the most efficient platform for introducing fashion, gifts and
homeware brands to sales partners worldwide. We aim to position ourselves as an educational
source for fashion, gifts and homeware professionals. In addition to searching to match
collaborators, we offer a consultancy service and can advise brands on how best to navigate
the exportation process and get brands ‘export ready’.

HOW WE WORK: THE DETAILS

Fostering and maintaining relationships is key to our business. Agents, reps, showrooms, and
distributors join our network so that we can update them on the brands entering the market. Our
job is to promote your brand to all potential partners and introduce you the best candidates.

o We ask you to send us information on your brand including your look-books, logo,
selected images, and videos (if you have any) as well as your answers to our
questions.

o 40% payment, to be used for promotion and research, is due before we start the
search project (see ‘Fees’ section).

o We create a profile on our website for your brand and inform you once it is
launched.

o We promote your brand to all sales partners within the market segment(s) and
countr(ies) we have agreed to search in using a number of mediums including
email newsletters and campaigns, personal recommendation to selected partners
via telephone, face-to-face, online communication and social media.

o Your assigned Account Manager will assess every agent(s), rep(s), showroom(s)
or distributor(s) who shows interest in representing your brand. They will also be
in contact with you to discuss updates on your search.

o When we have found a suitable agent, rep, showroom or distributor for your brand,
your Brand Manager will send you a full profile of your potential partner for you to
make contact within 48 hours. With many years’ expertise and a well-informed
team of fashion professionals, we are able to identify the most suitable sales
partners for your brand.

o We ask you to keep us updated on your communications with the partners we have
introduced you to. New campaigns and recommendations will be postponed until
we receive an update from you.

o Once you verbally agree to work with an agent, rep, showroom or distributor, the
remaining 60% of the payment is due (see ‘Fees’ section). If the partner does not
cover the entire country, we will continue to search in other defined areas upon
your confirmation.

o We will create and launch at least 6 different campaigns for your brand only; guided
by our expertise in matching brands with sales representation for over 25 years,
we will create your brand presentation (profile and campaign) for you; however, we
always work with you to achieve the ultimate result. Therefore, we ask you for
guidance in providing the best-selected visual materials for us to promote your
brand. Our team will inform you once your campaign(s) are launched and you will
receive a report on the campaign(s) within a few weeks of the launch date.

o If for whatever reason, we don’t receive enough interest following the first
campaigns and other search initiatives, we will carefully analyze the presentation
of your brand and make changes to your profile or / and campaign to attract a
different group of potential partners. At this stage, we encourage you to send over
any new images or updated information.

o We keep active contact with agents, reps and distributors worldwide via email,
telephone, social media and face-to-face meetings; we provide catered brand
recommendations on a daily basis. It is very possible that potential partners will
show interest in your brand outside the main countr(ies) you are searching in. In
this case, we will ask you whether you are interested in the connection.

o Some potential partners contact brands directly; we ask you to let us know as soon
as this happens. We have a lot of invaluable information on showrooms worldwide
and are here to guide you to make the best decisions for the long- term gains of
your company.

o We also offer an exclusive special project service that adds bespoke attention to
what we do. More information on Special Projects can be found following detail on
our standard services.

FEES
Agent/ Rep/ Showroom/ Distributor search in one country only – 3900 USD per country.
Agent/ Rep/ Showroom/ Distributor search in two countries – 2500 USD per country.
Agent/ Rep/ Showroom/ Distributor search in three or more countries – 2300 USD per country.

We require 40% pre-payment to cover research and promotional costs – the balance of 60% is
paid when you verbally agree to work with the selected partner. The exact amount of the fees
above may change subject to rising costs; the amount at the time the client signs the agreement
is the amount payable.

GUARANTEE
If the person(s) we introduce you to covers the whole country and you are happy to accept their
partnership, then our job is done! We will however, keep in touch with you and guarantee that if
the relationship with your appointed agent, rep, showroom, or distributor falls through within the
term of our yearly agreement, we will search for a replacement without further cost.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
We often find representation for clients in a matter of weeks. However, it can take longer,
depending on timing, the collection and many other aspects. The best chances of success come
when we are able to start the search at the optimum time for each market and we are provided
the most suitable graphic materials. We can advise you how to best prepare for the search.

CONTRACT
We do not offer a paper contract; however, we send you our detailed terms and conditions with
the first invoice. Feel free to request a copy for your reference.

you the privilege of connection to showrooms, agents and wholesale directors who would not
otherwise be accessible. We document our efforts in weekly e-mails to you.

We ensure that the agent has the perfect balance of brands on their roster and the ideal retail
connections to handle your brand in an optimal manner. All of this adds up to a holistic effort to
find you the perfect partner.

RESULTS
We are usually able to identify 2-3 agents in whichever country we have determined is the
preferred market for your brand.

FEES
Pre-payment – 4 525 USD
Upon the securing of an Agent / Rep / Distributor – 2 350 USD

We are unable to offer references as we receive several enquiries from potential clients every
