Sub: Annual Holiday List for the Calendar Year 2024

1. The following is the list of 07 holidays during the calendar year 2024. All offices of SIS Group Companies
shall remain closed on these calendar days.

3. Employee has to select the holiday from the available list of 24 Restricted holidays in ZingHR to avail the
leave for the particular holiday on his/her wish. All offices of SIS Group Enterprises shall remain open on
these days with a normal working schedule. The above list is available in “Holiday List” menu in ZingHR.
Employees need to apply for the holiday for a maximum of three days in a calendar year. Please note
that the holiday must be applied on or prior to the day of holiday in ZingHR. The applied holiday shall be
approved by the respective controlling officer. An information mail shall be sent to his/her controlling
officer also. The holiday shall be allowed to club with all type of leaves (EL, CL, SL). If employee does
not apply his/her holiday on or prior to the date of holiday for any reason, he will not be able to avail the
holiday and considered as absent for that day. To regularize attendance for the day, an employee needs
to apply for his/her personal leave (EL, CL, SL). No post facto approval or manual wage shall be allowed
for such a holiday.

4. SIS Founder’s Day shall be celebrated on Sunday, September 22, 2024.

5. During the period of the General Election or State Legislative Assemblies Election, it has been a practice
to declare the polling day as holidays. In case of State Assemblies Election / Bye Election concerned HR
Managers will find out the dates of poll from the schedule issued by Election Commission of India and
ensure closure of offices on the day of poll in the particular city where the office is situated after taking
necessary approval of P&L Head of the Zone (in case of Security Solutions) and also communicate to the
employees of different offices of their respective regions. Respective SBU head of Group Companies shall
be the approving authority for such cases for other group companies.

6. Request for Swapping of Regional Holidays / Holidays shall not be entertained and hence need to be
avoided.

7. This is being issued with the approval of the competent authority.
