1 Overview
This document covers the wiring and set up for the PDL electronics Speed Controllers used
in the Single Lane sorters. It is for:
XTRAVERT ONLY
Main Drive Model X707.
Rotation Model X704.
Load Belts Model X702.

1.1.1Single Lane Speed Controller Values

Incoming Power L1 - L2 - L3 – Earth - Neutral
Outgoing to Motor U V W
Potentiometer on terminals T 13, 14, 15
Control Wires on T8
Fault Indication Rotation: T2+3.
Sizer: T2+3
Load Belts: T 2 + 3.

2 Instructions

2.1 Configuring the Control Keys

1. Power on with ON & OK Lights Lit
2. Push + or - key. Scroll through the displays of settings
3. Find setting that needs changing (the first two figures in the bottom line).
4. Hold * button down and press either - or + to change to the new setting.
5. Release the * button to save the setting.
