Outcomes (PLO)
Program Outcome: At the end of the program the students will be able to:
1. Acquire a strong theoretical and practical understanding
in small engine, motorcycle, automotive engines
(conventional & EFI engines), auto electrical, power
trains, under chassis units, auto painting and mobile air
conditioning installation, repair/servicing and
maintenance, On-board computerized engine control
systems and engine performance diagnosis, basic driving
and maintenance.
2. Gain an extensive industry exposure in line with the
small engine, motorcycle, conventional & EFI automotive
engines, electrical, power train and under chassis
servicing, repair and maintenance.
3. Articulate, discuss and apply the latest developments in
the specific field of practice, including the update in
science and technology.
4. Effectively communicate orally and in writing using both
English and Filipino
5. Work effectively and independently in multi-disciplinary
and multi-cultural teams.
6. Act in recognition of professional, social, and ethical
responsibility
7. Preserve and promote “Filipino historical and cultural
heritage”
8. Articulate the rootedness of education in philosophical,
socio-cultural, historical, psychological, and political
contexts.
9. Apply skills in the development and utilization of ICT to
promote quality, relevant, and sustainable educational
practices.
10. Acquire and apply skills in negotiating with customers and
other stakeholders
11. Demonstrate competence in supervising or managing
automotive service shop
12. Become nationally certified in their fields of
specialization, such as, Automotive Servicing, Automotive
Engine Rebuilding, Automotive Electrical Wirings &
Assembly, Driving, Shielded Metal Arc Welding, Auto
Painting, Mobile Air Conditioning installation repair &
Servicing and Small Engine & Motorcycle Servicing.
13. Graduate a TVET Diploma Program and be able to
proceed and finish related Degree (college) program
within 2 years.
Course outcome: At the end of the course, students will be able to:
1. Solve problems by integrating with real life situations.
2.Conduct an experiment (or series of experiments)
Biological Science
demonstrating their understanding of the scientific method and
( SCI 1)
processes.
3. Recognize the importance of science and technology to finding
solutions to personal, social and global issues in their lives now
and the future.
4. Appreciate the various concepts and application of physics.
Course outcome: At the end of the semester, the student will be able to:
1. Promote student’s awareness and sensibility of the arts in
Arts Appreciation relation to his/ her social world
(HUM 1) 2. Evaluate the interrelationship among the arts within the
socio-historical context and thru healthy interactions.
3. Physically involved in activities thru performance-based
activities of Philippine arts.

6. Explore the four strategies for negotiating and apply the four
step process for successfully negotiating with other parties.
Course outcome: At the end of the program, the students will be able to
1. Identify the engine system component parts.
