SCHEDULE OF DELIVERY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SBFP – MILK COMPONENT

FOR SY 2023 - 2024

1. In reference to UM 671, s. 2023 - School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) – Hot

Meals/Nutritious Food Products (NFP) and Milk Component Implementation for SY
2023-2024, the implementation of SBFP – Milk Component (Pasteurized Milk) will
start from April 23 to May 31, 2024.

2. Implementation of SBFP – Milk Component (Commercial Milk) for the identified 14

far-flung schools commenced last April 1, 2024, and will end on May 24, 2024.
3. All schools that will pick-up their milk products (Pasteurized Milk) from the drop-off
points are expected to hire transport vehicles chargeable to the operational expenses
for milk feeding implementation or coordinate with LGUs for assistance.

4. The delivery of milk products from the suppliers is from 6:30 am to 7:30 am.

5. School assigned AO are responsible for inspecting the milk at the drop-off points with
the assistance of the school inspectorate team of the drop-off school.

6. The school SBFP inspectorate team are also expected to inspect the pasteurized milk
once received from the drop-off points.

7. School assigned ADAS II and the COA will also conduct random inspections and
monitoring during the whole duration of milk delivery.

8. Health and Nutrition personnel will conduct monitoring during the delivery and
distribution of SBFP – Pasteurized Milk.
