Dear Atty. Bacay,

I am interested to join the force with the role of Labor and Employment Officer III. I believe that having
me on the team would be beneficial since I prioritize safety and confidentiality, and with my
educational attainment and work experience combined, I am confident to fulfill the role of the said
position effectively.

Some of my recent achievements from my previous job includes being top performing agent for the
month of January 2023 and making connections with various type of people. Successfully helping my
other colleagues about our products or services while our leader is not around. Also, to keep my
colleagues feel better with utmost professionalism when things are getting difficult.

I believe that my experience working inside the airport makes me more aware of our surroundings to
proactively avoid accidents inside the workplace. The biggest lesson I got while working as a customer
service representative is to keep the information inside the workplace safe. I understand that working
with a government agency is challenging at times, but I believe that my principles align with the core
principles of DOLE, that is to protect our fellow working countrymen from abuse, to regulate the
standards, and accountability.
