Letter of complaint

Dear Sirs,
Re: Broken conference table
We ordered a conference table, model number 458769 for our important
congress at your company yesterday. Although you assured us that the table
would arrive on time.
Unfortunately, however, your product has not performed well because the table
is defective. One of the legs broke off and it has a few small scratches on the
edge. Then, we called you immediately but we were unable to contact your
customer service department. In spite of sending you emails inquiring about an
answer from you, so far we haven not had response from you.
We are very surprised by this since our partner company have been loyal
customers of your company for many years. If you do not respond to this letter
immediately, we shall be forced to cancel our order and look for another
supplier.
We hope that this situation will be solved to our mutual satisfaction.
We look forward to receiving the correct good as soon as possible.
