”PREFERENCE LEVEL OF STUDENTS’ HOBBIES AND THEIR ACADEMIC
PERFORMANCE”, in partial fulfillment of our subject, Inquiries, Investigation &
Immersion (3I’s) and Research/Capstone Project this second semester, Academic
Year 2022-2023.
To gather the necessary data for our study, we kindly request permission to conduct
and distribute a survey questionnaire to the grade 12 STEM students in our school.
The survey will be designed to collect information about their hobbies. We assure
you that the data collected will be used solely for research purposes and will be
treated with the utmost confidentiality.
We have taken careful measures to ensure that the survey adheres to ethical
research practices. Participation in the survey will be voluntary, and respondents'
anonymity will be maintained throughout the study. We will also
implement strict data protection protocols to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of
