shall answer after the conduct of the training. This shall serve as a
checklist of what he/she must do. A short sample is given below.

INTERPRETATION AND ANALYSIS OF TRAINING


SESSION EVALUATION
The graph provided below shows the tally or
interpretation of the results and total average rating of rater
a, b, c, d and e . Each number shows the consolidated total
result or average of the rating from the five raters, and the
legend above is the the guide of the result for better
understanding.

General Interpretation:

The general impression for the trainer favorably meets


the outstanding level of training which means that the
implementation conforms the industry standard and that
trainees have acquired the needed competencies stated in
then Training Regulations through competency based
training.

Recommendations:

Trainers should also adopt various practices in using


new technology transferring the knowledge, Skills and
Attitude to trainees.
