BACKGROUND
Employees under MGFC are provided with daily meal provisions (worth Php 50.00 per
person) as part of the employment benefits which applies to all employees regardless of
employment status, nature of employment and ranks.
Most concerning is food safety, as the current food handler is tasked to do overall utility
works within the work area (food & garbage disposal, cleaning of toilets, ground areas
and the administrative office), not to mention questions with personal hygiene that may
leave doubts of cleanliness on food prepared by the said worker.
PROPOSAL
In order to combat subsequent issues that may arise, the HR Unit proposes for the
following:

The above recommendation was concurred by core offices through the official
MANCOM viber channel (please see attached).
Effectively, upon approval of this proposal, employees shall receive the following
additionals to their monthly salary, to wit:
Managers and Supervisors Php 1,30.00 Paid for Php 650.00 every
cut-off period
Rank and File Employees
*Allowance is subject to deductions based on duty rendered by the concerned personnel.
This proposal will be enforced and made effective upon favorable approval from the Chief
Executive Officer.
