3. Add blessed salt: Sprinkle a small amount of blessed salt into the bathwater. This salt is believed to have protective and
purifying properties.
4. Add Van-Van oil: Put a few drops of Van-Van oil into the bathwater. This oil is often associated with spiritual protection
and removing negative influences.
5. Recite Psalm 23: Stand in the bathtub and recite verses 4-6 of Psalm 23 (KJV). Repeat these verses seven times while
scrubbing your body in a downward motion with the blessed salt and Van-Van oil mixture. Visualize the protective energy
