Mr. Guillermo Pagod has been the Department Manager of the operations department for the past
10 years. Being the operations manager, of course he has full authority and support from the top
management when implementing employee discipline. However lately, Mr. Guillermo Pagod is no
longer implementing discipline to his employees because as he said: it’s a waste of time and
effort to me.”
