1. the solution that I come up in this situation was, I will be going to conduct a team building
activity in the for the whole class. My objectives are to create a great bond and good relationship
to each other. In that way I can help him to make friends with his classmates.

2. Firsts I’m going to apply the classroom rules during my discussion in order to minimize her noise
and second, I will join her in some extra curricular activities that involve talking like, radio
broadcasting, debate, Story telling and etc. in this way she can used his voice with a purpose.

 Having a class routine and sound class structure is crucial because they provide organization,
consistency, and efficiency in the learning environment. A structured routine helps teachers
effectively manage time, engage students, and maintain order in the classroom. It also fosters a
conducive atmosphere for learning, ensuring that essential topics are covered, assessments are
conducted regularly, and learning objectives are achieved. Overall, a well-defined class routine
