Documentation of the Tutorial Service

1st day

(December 2, 2022)
It is my first day of the tutorial service to my selected students. Today I shared a
short story titled “Ang Alamat ng Kalabasa”. After reading the story, I gave a task to the
students which is a reflection of the story in their real life.
2nd day

(December 3, 2022)
This second day of my tutorial service was all about Mathematics subject (Basics
in Mathematics). First I discussed them how to solve easily the numbers using some
techniques and methods of solving easily the problems.

3rd day
 ( December 4, 2022)
My topic in this 3 rd day of my tutorial service was about English subject. I first
discussed some background studies and some of the examples I also discussed about the
specific topic (WH-Questions). After I explained the topic, I gave a short quiz to
students for better understanding.

4th day
 ( December 5, 2022 )
In my fourth day of tutorial service was all about Science subject. The topic that I
discussed is about the Five Senses of our Body. After the discussion, I gave them a short
activity that answered their problems about what senses be used in the given objects.

5th day
 ( December 6, 2022 )
This 5 th day of my tutorial service was all about the Word Search. I discussed
first the real meanings and the mystery of letters and how it become a puzzle in making
words. After discussion, I gave them an activity which they will find the missing words
in a heart form rambled letters.

This 6th day of my tutorial was all about the matching numbers. I mixed all basic
math problems and assigned to answer by the students. It’s just a simple type of
problems but has different way of answering addition, subtraction, multiplication, and
division.

7th day
 ( December 10, 2022 )
This 7 th day of my tutorial service was about English subject. I read them a short
story about the Legend of Letters. After that, I gave them an activity which they will find
the missing letters and fill it on boxes.

 This 8th day of my tutorial service was all about Mathematics subject. It is another
way of answering basic math problems using a fill in the box method by finding the
missing numbers. It is about how important a single number makes the problem solved.

9th day

( December 12, 2022 )

 This 9 th day of my tutorial service was all about ESP ( Edukasyon sa
Pagpapakatao ). I discussed and explained to them the importance of family and school
on how important to respect your parents and teachers. After that, I gave them an
activity which is a Venn Diagram that shows the similarities and differences of home
and school.

This 10 th and last day of my tutorial service is most special day because they will
show their talents in PE subject. I discussed them the importance of dancing to physical
and mental health as a person. After my discussion, I made them perform a TikTok
dance which is very trending nowadays.
