provides. Because of the services the attraction offers, tourist will have a pleasant and

comfortable stay. Tourists will definitely relax in the splendor of this attraction; in addition,

Bato Spring, San Pablo Laguna offers a wide range of services that will satisfy their needs.

Resort Owner The resort owner will benefit from the hospitality or services they offer because

tourists are sure to come back to their place because their needs are satisfied with the services

they offer. As more tourists go to their attraction, there will be more, and it’s still a man’s

income. It is possible that some vloggers will promote it, which will cause more people or

tourists to come to the place. Their attraction will become more popular because of the

hospitality offered at the attraction, and it won’t take long for it to grow and become more

popular.

Researchers The researchers want to share to everyone how good Bato’s Spring employees are

in handling their customers and also how hospitalized they are by serving and doing good

things for their customers. In that way, Bato’s Spring well known more, aside from knowing

how beautiful Bato’s Spring Resort is. Many tourists come and go back there because of how

employees are good at communicating and handling their customers.

Future Researchers. To Future Researchers, make sure you have some ideas about how to

make your research work so that it doesn’t get hard for you to come up with your papers, and

before sharing your research with other people make sure you gather certain information that

will help you make it more knowledgeable.

Moreover, the insights gathered from this investigation can serve as a valuable resource

for individuals interested in comprehending the relationship of hospitality to tourism of Bato

spring Resort. It is anticipated that this study will not only shed light on the tourists but also

provide supplementary knowledge about the resort’s role.

SCOPE AND LIMITATION OF THE STUDY

The purpose of this research is to determine the correlation between hospitality and

tourism at Bato Spring Resort. This study was limited to the 50 participants who were presented

for data collection. This study will used to determine the relationship between the hospitality and

tourism. It is only for those who want to participate in the scope of the study. The researchers will

use this kind of strategy to convey information and know the correlation. The researchers would

gather enough encouragement in this process to understand the respondents attention and how it

affects hospitality in tourism.

METHODOLOGY

This chapter discusses the methods used throughout the study, the research design, the
instruments used for the research, data gathering instrument, data gathering procedure, and
the statistical treatment of the data.

RESEARCH METHOD
