Sub: Request for Revision of Order.

This is with reference to your order dated _____. We were unable to produce/submit the records
of wages and salary paid during the respective F.Y. for the workers who were covered under EPF
and paid EPF, the workers whose rate of wages exceeds Rs. 15000 per month and the workers
whose wages are less than Rs. 15000 but not made contribution towards EPF. All this details for
the respective F.Y. are enclosed in the annexure __ which is self-explanatory. We would like to
make a humble submission that from the records which were not submitted but now submitted
before you, says that the liability towards EPF contributions as per your ex parte order may not
be justified. You are requested to kindly acknowledge our submissions and allow us to
participate in the enquiry and make necessary revision in your order dated ___. We also request
you to consider the current situation of the company in order to reduce the liability to minimum
as possible.

I am writing in reference to your order dated ______ regarding __________. We regret to inform
you that due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to produce/submit the records of
wages and salaries paid during the respective financial year for the workers covered under EPF
and paid EPF contributions, as well as for those whose rate of wages exceeds Rs. 15000 per
month, and for those whose wages are less than Rs. 15000 per month, but have not made
contributions towards EPF.

Enclosed herewith is Annexure __, which contains the details requested. We apologize for the
oversight and assure you that the annexure is self-explanatory.

Upon reviewing the records that were not initially submitted but are now before you, we
respectfully submit that the liability towards EPF contributions, as per your ex parte order, may
not be entirely justified. We humbly request your acknowledgment of our submissions and urge
you to allow us to participate in the inquiry process. We believe that our participation will
facilitate a fair and accurate assessment, leading to a more informed decision regarding the
revision of your order dated _____.

Furthermore, we urge your kind consideration of our company's current circumstances. We

would also like to inform you that in both respective financial years, for those employees whose
salary or wages are up to Rs. 15000 and have not made contributions to EPF, we have not
deducted any amount for EPF. Therefore, we kindly request that we may only be made liable to
pay for the employer's contribution, administrative, and EDLI charges. Enclosed herewith is
Annexure ___, which shows the liability calculation as per our assessment. Your understanding
and cooperation in this matter are of utmost importance to us. We trust in your careful
consideration of our request for revision and your efforts to minimize the financial burden
imposed on our company.
