MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

FOR ASVA ELITE STUDENT

1. TIME: I agree that the coach and the students should always be on time for all
the coaching calls. We will inform each other ahead of time if we have to cancel
the call.

2. ACTION: I am willing to complete my assignments and provide them to my

coach no later than two days prior to our scheduled coaching session.

3. COMMITMENT: I understand that the coaching program is committed to

private individual coaching sessions and group calls (Masterminds and
Accountability) within eight weeks of receiving the ASVA Elite onboarding email
from my designated coach.

4. CREATION ZONE: I will give the coach the benefit of the doubt and try new
concepts or different ways of doing things.

5. PRIVACY: I understand that information, product ideas, and documents I share

with my coach will be kept confidential.

6. FEEDBACK: I will be open and honest to provide feedback to my Coach if I am

facing challenges with my coaching needs.

7. ACKNOWLEDGE: I will share my success with my Coach to show appreciation

for his/her efforts and contribution to my growth and development.

8. COURSE & COMMUNITY ACCESS: I acknowledge that I have 12 months of
access to the ASVA modules and Facebook Community Support from the date of
enrollment. I also vow to protect the interest of AMAZONATION and shall not
do activities that will violate any copyright of AMAZONATION. I will not
cooperate with any competitors of AMAZONATION during the course of lectures
and a year after, this includes participating as an ambassador for any competitors
or becoming a coach or mentor, and should I decide on creating a course, it
should not have the same outline as ASVA. I understand that AMAZONATION
has the right to terminate my access and remove me from the community should
I violate any provision of this MOA, Terms of Service, and any of the policies
made known to all ASVA students.
I acknowledge that my enrollment in the program is exclusive to only myself and
is not allowed to share my access with anyone. Should there be a need to transfer
my access, the management has the right to evaluate and grant the transfer to
one of my family members within the same household, and given, that the course
has been consumed by 5% or less and certification has not yet been provided. The
request for transfer is not automatic. Management has the right to decline the
transfer or request more information with regard to the request for transfer.

9. CHANGE REQUEST: I understand that the request to transfer to the next

batch or change my coaching schedule will only be allowed within the next 7
calendar days after the receipt of the ASVA Elite onboarding email. All requests
should be submitted via email & subject to approval. After the aforementioned
period, I acknowledge that my coaching privileges will be forfeited if I am unable
to continue for whatever reasons.
10. NO REFUND POLICY: I acknowledge that upon confirmation of payment,
enrollment fees are non-refundable.
