Task - 1 :-
1) Prepare an Art Integrated project on Linear Equations in two variables-
The students are supposed to construct the designer graph with the help of linear equations and create
any artistic figure/image of their choice and colour the same.
Guidelines for submitting the project:
a) The project needs to be done in the Maths project file.
b) It should be well labeled and neatly constructed.
c) The project will be assessed on the basis of neatness, accuracy and creativity.

To draw the graph of a quadratic polynomial and observe:
(i) The shape of the curve when the coefficient of x² is positive.

To verify the conditions of consistency/ inconsistency for a pair of linear equations in two variables by

* If possible different forms of art may be integrated in the project.
* You can use pictures, newspaper cuttings, maps, diagrams, data and materials from the web.
* Use A4 colorful sheets/white sheets (as per your requirement)

 TASK-3
The Lab manuals should be prepared with the following practicals written in it.
Laboratory Manual-Science-Class X, NCERT Publication is the prescribed file by CBSE.
Experiment 1 Preparing a temporary mount of a leaf peel to show stomata.
Experiment 2 Experimentally show that carbon dioxide is given out during respiration.
Experiment 3 Studying (a) binary fission in Amoeba, and (b) budding in yeast and Hydra with the
help of prepared slides.
Experiment 4 Identification of the different parts of an embryo of a dicot seed (Pea, gram or red
kidney bean).

PHYSICS
TASK-1
Complete the Lab manuals with the three practicals written in it.
Experiment-1 Studying the dependence of potential difference (V) across a resistor on the current (I)
passing through it and determine its resistance. Also plotting a graph between V and I.
Experiment-2 Determination of the equivalent resistance of two resistors when connected in series and
parallel.
Experiment-3 Determination of the focal length of i) Concave mirror ii) Convex lens by obtaining the
image of a distant object.
Experiment-4 Tracing the path of a ray of light passing through a rectangular glass slab for different
angles of incidence. Measure the angle of incidence, angle of refraction, angle of emergence and
interpret the result.
TASK-2
Make a chart of ray diagrams of convex lens and concave mirror for all cases.

GERMAN

German Language has a communicative approach that lays more stress on expansion of vocabulary,
improved expression as also on student creativity. The Students will make an internet research-based
project. They will make a PowerPoint presentation along with an illustrated file. It will be an individual
project work on topics related to the history and culture of Germany.

Aim of the Project: - The purpose of learning another language is not only learning different words for
the same things, but learning another way to think about things, learning their culture, country
and people. This project work will help the students to gain a deep knowledge of Germany's culture and
its people.”

 Each student will select their individual topic.


 Cover it with a creative cover design related to Germany. (national flag, monuments etc.)
 Cover page, with title of project, school details/details of students.
 Project should be of 800-1000 words (excluding diagrams & graphs)
