Revisit Team Charter (10 points)

Group 4
Team Member Name: Ethan Wilson
Individual assigned tasks from original charter: I was responsible for writing the
sections for Issues/Goals slides, Proofreading and reviewing the Team Charter.
Collective assigned tasks from original charter: I was responsible for participating in
our team brainstorming/discussion for the team project during our initial meeting.
Collectively as a team we held weekly video meetings, where the team would work on
editing or revising different portions of the final team project. I was also responsible for
reviewing powerpoint/charter as needed throughout the project.
Realized contributions: I believe I contributed as promised and fulfilled my roles that
were assigned. I completed my individually assigned tasks ahead of our set milestones
and participated in our collective assignments. I did multiple reviews and gave
feedback when needed. I felt I was flexible and communicative, as well as upheld my
contract and would give myself 8/10.

Team Member Name: Zackary Krosky

Individual assigned tasks from original charter:
I was responsible for unraveling what would be the best way for Trail Therapy to
campaign as well as the material that went on our campaigning slide.
Collective assigned tasks from original charter:
I was responsible for being a part of the weekly team meetings and contributing ideas to
the overall process of Trail Therapy. We all had solid contributions to the project as a
whole. We all worked together on the revisions to the powerpoint, synopsis, and charter.
We all made sure that we were flexible and kept members informed throughout the
entire project and where we were in the process.
Realized contributions:
For myself, I realized that the contributions that I made to the group really was
uncovering what would be the best way to promote this awesome initiative. Making sure
that we were not biting off too much too soon. I made sure to communicate with our
group as much as I could, but I could have been better. I would give myself a 7/10.

Team Member Name: Kevin Pigford

Individual assigned tasks from original charter: Submit Team Charter, Research
Mental health organizations that could benefit from our partnership (How can we help
slide)
Collective assigned tasks from original charter: Weekly video conferences, editing
power point and synopsis, brainstorming and discussion of project, Final review of ppt
and synopsis
Realized contributions: I realized there were several tasks that probably could have
been assigned either individually or collectively but were left out of the charter. I was
able to fulfill what was documented and mostly stay on task and honor my
commitments. I kept the group informed of upcoming meetings and any changes to my
schedule. I communicated with the group through the discussion forum and canvas.
Additionally, I helped set up our text thread to enable faster communication between the
group members. I would rate myself a 9/10.

Team Member Name: Jacob Derifield

Individual assigned tasks from original charter: Gathering information on public
assistance and public funding.
Collective assigned tasks from original charter: Participating in group meetings,
reviewing and finalizing individual details for the power point and assisting where
needed on the synopsis.
Realized contributions: I quickly fell short of my goal in contributions. I believe that I
could have better allocated my time and assisted the group sooner so as to help the
project run better. I wasn’t always present for the meetings due to outside factors
present in my own personal organization. I still aimed to do what I could when I could.
Communicating with the group during said meetings and collaborating over plans for our
organization and the final project. If I missed a meeting, I went back and made sure to
catch up on any notes for said meeting to stay up to date and “in the know.” I would rate
myself at a 5/10

Team Member Name: Corey Stevenson

Individual assigned tasks from original charter: I was responsible for the creation
and design of the Group Power Point presentation
Collective assigned tasks from original charter: The collective assigned tasks from
our original charter were brainstorming ideas for the project, working with the group
members to make sure we have accurate information on their slides.
Realized contributions: I think that I did not allocate the time that I wanted to to be
able to work on the project with our group and spent my time working individually
outside of the group calls. I was not able to attend the last weekend of the project due to
previous commitments however did try to go back in and make sure that I was caught
up on the progress made and what was next. I would say that I would give myself a
8/10.

Team Member Name: Samuel Apodaca

Individual assigned tasks from original charter: I was responsible for slides number
13 and 14 which was public assistance and the spending part of the project/
presentation.
Collective assigned tasks from original charter: Each weekend we would
communicate throughout zoom and texts, making sure that we would all be on the same
page. Brainstorming and communication was the fundamental part for this successful
group.
Realized contributions: Time management was a critical component for myself since I
worked a different time zone and schedule. I did let my team know that I wouldn’t
participate in the majority of team meetings, but still I was intact with communication via
texts. For my time management skills I would rank a 7/10, team effort and responsibility
would be a solid 9/10.
