C/MLGU compliance in terms of the following qualitative rating. The summative rating below
shall be indicated at the end of each section. For partial compliance, the CDP TAC shall
indicate the missing form, process, or content in the summary. For non-compliance, there is
no need to indicate such details.

Each interpretation shall be followed by a response or feedback from the C/MLGU. This
section shall contain all the comments, clarifications, explanations, information and/or any
additional responses from the C/MLGU on the findings made by the CDP – TAC.
