BEHAVIOR REPORT:

He is a very smart and well-behaved child. He learns new concepts fastly. His behavior has been
improved to greater extent in one to one sessions. Therapist now working on his class room behavior to
equip him with basic skills of social interactions and to improving his behavior in classroom setting as
well.

NOTE TO PARENTS:

Therapist wants parents to work collaboratively on same tasks at home and if they find any ambiguity
they can contact concerned therapist. Parents should work on his behavioral tasks and academics task at
home as well. His problematic behaviors are now reduce to much extent in school, it is kindly requested
that if parents see any problematic behavior please do inform us in diary.
