a. Requirements

The 'AI-Driven School Calendar Optimization: A

Strategic Approach' aims to create a system that will
organize how students interact with their schedules and
tasks. A variety of innovations will improve the user's
experience. These qualities include:

1. User-Friendly Interface - to enable them to

use the system at their own convenience.
2. Utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) -
will store, analyze and process data efficiently for
recommendation process
3. Real-time Synchronization - the system will
automatically synchronize schedules and school’s event
4. Enhanced Students Awareness - it will
optimize time allocation for academic tasks, and
notifications.

D. Testing

The researchers will employ quality assurance and

debugging, which include extensive testing of the
system's features and functionality to find and address
any defects or issues identified, to make sure that this
system will satisfy the necessary requirements of
functioning and usability. The researchers will also test
the functional suitability, reliability, usability,
compatibility and portability to the actual user in order to
gather feedbacks.

H. Ethical Basis

The researchers will consider the ethical action needed

providing informed consent for data uses, fairness and
implementing strong security measures to protect user
privacy, ensuring equal access to the system’s benefits
for all. The researchers will promise to protect personal
data in agreement with Republic Act. 10173 known as
the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 which protects
the privacy and confidentiality of participants.
