A. Participant’s The following were provided as evaluative observation of the participants:

This activity helps the parents to monitors students’ performance and updates quarterly and
encourage learners to work hard and improve.

2. Methodology
The Program started with a prayer lead by Ms. Dona C. Fernando, followed by the singing of
the Philippine National Anthem conducted by Ms. Miriam A. Geraillo, and the sequence of the
program was followed
3. Management of the Activity
The sequence of the program was based on the Division Memorandum

The parents got a chance to check and see the output of their children by showing their
portfolios
6. Logistical Arrangement
The teachers give the parents an update of their children’s performance and let them ask
questions concerning their children and other school matters.
