GENERAL REMINDERS

1. Punctuality is crucial for all scheduled events. Arrive promptly for every

session.

2. Ensure you have your playbooks and pencils with you for all meetings,

unless instructed otherwise.

3. Maintain a healthy lifestyle, stay away from anything that wouldn’t improve

yourself. Prioritize hydration and nutrition!

4. Attend classes regularly, dedicate time to study, and uphold academic

eligibility standards

5. Show respect: for the coaches, officials, school staff, teammates, our

equipment, our facilities and yourself.

1. Be the best athlete and football player YOU can be.

2. Approach every practice and every game as the most important!

3. Keep your helmet on and chin strap buckles at all times unless a coach
