• Planned and lead a 1-hour walking program for older adults in the community that focuses
on aerobic fitness, endurance, balance, and agility.
• Communicated with the program manager at Commission on Aging to coordinate plans for
each class

• Provided stretches and exercises to a child in the community who was dependent and
nonverbal for 1 hour per week.
