Dear Colleagues,

After a challenging and another busy year due to fleet expansion, ZMI management duty to compensate our assets
and keep safety measures implemented to ensure the continuity of our business with regards to governmental
requirements and health and safety needs, the company has decided below points to improve crew welfare and to
be implemented effective from 26th December 2023 onward:

A. COVID-19 test before your flight schedule to join is NOT REQUIRED as long as the crew is fully vaccinated
with 3 doses approved by WHO, in case it has been requested later stage before travelling, the requested
PCR test from your home country will be reimbursable upon submitting the supporting doc.

B. If it's a transit flight. All the expenses incurred such as a hotel (limited to 100 USD) and food (50 USD) will
be reimbursed by ZMI upon submitting the valid supporting documents and invoices.

C. Upon arriving in UAE, Saudi & Qatar, you will do the swab test if required at our assigned medical facility
the result is issued within 24hrs your accommodation will be arranged by ZMI in Guesthouse or Hotel.

D. Before traveling, ensure all your certificates and documents are valid for at least 4 months (for Senior
Crew), and 6 months (for ratings), for all crew Passport and Seaman’s book must be valid for at least 6
months for visa renewal/application purposes.

E. After successfully completing first 2 contracts/rotations, the crew is entitled to receive reimbursement for
their next medical checkup (home country - ILO Medical) . It is the crew's responsibility to ensure that they
have a valid six-month medical certificate before traveling. Any attempt to falsify or forge medical
documents or supporting receipts will result in disciplinary action.

F. Daily rates will remain (door to door) Fully PAID

G. For the upcoming crew and re-joiners, the rotation will be amended for all ranks as per below:

1. Master, Chief Officer, and Chief Engineer 45 + 10 days on / off (depends on Chopper/Crew boat
schedule and handover period as per PC/PE advice), rotation will only start once you are on board and
take over (for MOU Fleet).
2. ETO and 2nd Engineer will be 60 + 10 days on / off - rotation will only start once you are on board and
take over (for MOU fleet).
3. Master, CO, CE, 2E, 2O, ETO & 3E will be 60 + 10 days on / off - rotation will only start once you are on
board and take over (for DP Fleet)
4. 2E, 2O, ETO & 3E will be 90 + 10 days on / 30 - 45 days off - rotation will only start once you are on
board and take over (for Non DP Fleet)
5. Other ranks across all the fleet (MOU, DP and Non DP units) such as Safety Officer, Radio Operator,
Bosun, Crane Operator, AB/Rigger, Electrician, Rig Mechanic, Oiler, Welder Fitter, Cook, Mess boy and

other ratings will be 90 + 10 days on / 30 to 45 days off -

rotation will only start once you are on board and take over.
6. Any extension requests to be submitted one month before the targeted signed off date and subject to
Crewing Dept approval.
H. Above new implementation will be applicable and implemented for all re-joiners from 26 th December
2023 onward.
