KUYA ELMER: My edge will be, I’m from BJC because BJC creates good leadership but leadership is not
about the title nor designation it’s about impact , influence and designation, impact involves getting
results , influence is about spreading the passion you have for your work and you have to inspire your
teammates and customers and fellow students actually.

ATE NICOLE: Nu sports pagsasaritaantimutlang technique mi kut sportsmanship, camaraderie and

cooperation, also determination taposdapatkutdejaypangi-dedicatankamkut all your heart
 Students in Batac Junior College are responsible! They started their encampment on Felix Q. Chua
Gymnasium with the knowledge of learning First Aid Treatment. They have learned how to give a first
aid treatment not just on their fellow Scouts but also to all the people who are in dire need of their help.
They also had a lesson about Love (Kababalin) brought by ----------------, which lead them to their first
group activity. A game that challenged them on knowing what love can and can’t do. On their first night
they all have gathered around a single candle-light bonfire with their fairy costumes. Throughout the
night they all had a so called program ‘unlimited talent’, where they can perform and show their talent.
Second day of their encampment was much more challenging than the first day. First activity: Cook fest
with the main ingredients, fish for the Senior Scouts and chicken for the Cadets. On this activity the
cooking skills of the Scouts are challenged to be brought to light. Some scouts succeeded on bringing
awards from their dishes some didn’t. Search for Ms. Camper 2018, the event that really pulled each
patrol to work as a team. Each patrol has to have a representative, ready to model their patrols
newspaper casual attire and blanket inspired nightgowns. Despite the pressure on the contestants
shoulders brought by their patrol members, they treated the competition as a friendly game. At the end
of the competition there would always be a winner, and for the pageant it’s the Patrol Poinsettia’s
contestant , Ms.Caoimhe Cassandra Puyaoan following by the first runner up from Patrol Daisy,
Ms.Rahda Tricia Franco and from the Patrol Esmeraldo , Ms. Rizza Mae Pusag as the second runner.
