SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, EDWIN F. VALGUNA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Sitio Guisi, Odiong,
Altavas, Aklan, Philippines, have named, constituted and appointed and by these presents do hereby
NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT, STEPHANIE ANNE D. BILLONES, of legal age, Filipino,
single and with office address at JGL Bldg., Acevedo St., Kalibo, Aklan, to be my true and lawful
Attorney-In-Fact for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and
things, to wit:

 To process the issuance/printing of the Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR) issued for the
______________________________________________ executed by Liwayway Martirez in
favor of Edwin Valguna involving Lot No. ______ located at Man-up, Altavas, Aklan;

 To follow-up and process the documents with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Registry of
Deeds (ROD), and all government agencies or private offices concerned, necessary in the
issuance/printing and revalidation of the aforementioned CARs;

 To process and submit documents for the computation of taxes and other fees thereto; To
secure/get BIR Tax Identification Number, certified copies of tax declarations, PSA birth and
death certificate of the parties in the said Deed of Adjudication with Absolute Sale of Portion of
Land, if necessary, and all other pertinent documents needed for the processing of the
issuance/printing of CAR.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-In-Fact full power and authority to do
and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in and about the
premises, as fully to all intents and purposes, as I might or could lawfully do and perform if personally
present and acting in person, and hereby Ratifying and Confirming all that my said Attorney-In-Fact shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
