3. Inspection Activity Narrative Summation:
Inspection was carried out at KORTING HANNOVER GmbH on Dtd.28th March 2024 at the request of
LTEH as per NOI RHCUIOCP/NOI/1903 -R0 and mentioned activities. The details of the Inspection carried
out as per email and discussions held were as follows.

2. Visual Check
The Materials were checked visually according to vendor provided material list. Heat no. and material
traceability was checked.
Materials dimension, material grade and heat no. were found on materials.
Materials found to clean, and there are not found any cracks, scratches, or defects.
3. Dimensional Check
Thickness and diameter checked of all offered materials. Pipe length was checked.
Vernier calliper used for thickness measurement and calibration validity checked.
Please check section 1.3 for calibration data.
4. MTC Review
Material certificates reviewed of all offered materials as per material list. MTC was signed and found
satisfactory.
5. Ejector Tag no. was verified with PO Refinery/78000-18202/ARP Rev. 0 & Material List.
Tag no. as per PO - 402-J-101 A/B/C & 404-LZ-03.
Tag no. as per Material List - 402-J-01 A/B/C & 404-LZ-03-J-01.
