Introduction
Work immersion serves as a pivotal component of the K to 12 Curriculum,
offering Grade 12 students a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in
a professional setting. This immersive learning approach is instrumental in
bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge acquired in the classroom and

essential skills, cultivate a deeper understanding of their chosen field, and
prepare themselves for future academic and professional endeavors.

Objectives of the Work Immersion

On the first day of April 1 2024, at 7:00 am, I arrived at City Hall where we had
a flag ceremony. After the ceremony ended at 8:00 am, we were taken to
CENRO. Following that, Ma'am Joanna escorted us to those who would
handle our tasks. My first task was to accompany Ma'am Jonah to the ground
floor to photocopy heavy papers. Upon returning, I was instructed to
photocopy documents on the ground floor. Then, I was directed to go to GSO
to inquire about obtaining a gate pass. I was given a form which I handed to
Ma'am upon my return. I asked what else needed to be done, and I was told to
cut a large number of papers, mostly forms. After that, I assisted in organizing
the papers. Once I finished those tasks, I returned to my station. I was
responsible for collecting documents inside the room and also for obtaining
