Important!
Hello, my name is Svetlana,
I am the author of this pattern.
Here you can find the
description of the creation process
of the toys, but without basic
crochet lessons.

If you use specified materials, your toy will be 10 cm without

antennae (please, pay attention, the toy size will also depend on
your crocheting density and can be consequently different from
mine).
This crochet pattern is for personal use only. It is PROHIBITED
to sell and distribute materials fully or partly!

But you can do whatever you want with a ready toy.

Abbreviations:
MR - magic ring
sc - single crochet
inc - increase (2 sc in one stitch)
dec - decrease (2 sc together)
ch - chain
sl st - slip stitch
dc - double crochet
hdcinc - half double crochet increase (2 hdc in one stitch)
hdc - half double crochet
*6 - number of repeats
(12) - total number of stitches in a round
BLO - back loops only
FLO - front loops only

Materials and Tools:

Sport weight/4ply yarn (50g/160m):
Yarn Art Jeans: yellow - 67 (10 g), light grey - 49 (7 g), blue - 75 (12 g),
Alize Cotton Gold: dark grey - 87 (8 g).
Also keep in mind that the yarn consumption will depend on how tightly
you crochet, and may slightly differ from indicated amount.
Long needle for embroidery and sewing pieces
Hook suitable for your yarn (I used the hook size 1,75 mm)
Safety eyes 8 mm (2 pcs)
Black, white and pink embroidery thread
Stitch marker or contrasting thread
Scissors
Fiberfill
You can choose any yarn that is convenient for you, which combines with
each other in thickness.

Note:
Crochet all rounds in a spiral. No need to do ch at the beginning of the
round and sl st at the end.

Wings (make 2):
Start crocheting with light grey yarn
1. Ch 11 start in the second chain from the hook 10 sc (10)
Next you should turn your work in each row.
2. ch 1, 5 sc, 3 hdc, 1 dc, (3 dc in 1 stitch)*2, 1 dc, 3 hdc, 5 sc (24)
3. ch 1, 2 sl st, 3 sc, 4 hdc, 6 hdcinc, 4 hdc, 3 sc, 2 sl st (30)

Join the blue yarn and continue crocheting.

4. 11 sc, (inc, 1 sc)*2, (1 sc, inc)*2, 10 sc, 3 sc in one stitch, 4 sc, inc, sl
st (42)
Fasten off and cut the yarn weave in the yarn ends. The wings will be
crocheted into the body.

Antennae (make 2):

Held the dark gray yarn together.

Change the color to blue.

Insert safety eyes in the center of the face between 28th and 29th

Fasten off and pull the hole closed.

Turn the toy upside down. Join the dark grey yarn in 22th round as
shown in the photo and crochet in a spiral:
FLO 24 sl st (3 rounds)
Fasten off and weave in the yarn ends.

Assembly and decoration:

Embroider the smile with black thread on the 26th round as shown in the
photos.

Embroider the whites of eyes with white thread as shown in the photos.

Embroider blush with pink thread one round below the eyes as shown in
the photo.

Embroider the filaments on the light bulb with black thread as shown in
the photo. You can also watch the VIDEO of the process.

Sew the antennae symmetrically 5 rounds above the eyes.

Sew the upper legs symmetrically on the sides in the 18th round, and the
lower legs in the 8th round. The legs must be turned so that they all look
down.
