2. TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. VAT/TAX/ DUTY Any Kind of new Imposition of Import Duty Structure (Duty, ATV,
AT etc.) will be in the buyer’s account and if happen so, the revised
price will be given.

Supply VAT/AIT etc are excluded.

2. PRICE TERMS • The price has been calculated as per the present
exchange ($ 1 = Tk 118) rate and for the range between
+/-3%. If the exchange rate goes beyond this range, the
price will be revised. And the additional amount will be
borne by the buyer.
• The price has been calculated as per the present
duty structure (Total Duty, AT & ATV is 25.75%) for
import. Any Kind of new Imposition of Import Duty
Structure (Duty, ATV, AT etc. (at the time of releasing the
goods from port) the additional amount will be borne
by the buyer.

3. Payment Payment will be made through an account payee cheque, as per below,
in favor of SAFE ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS.
• 90% advance will be paid as advance booking money along with
Work Order.
• 05% after 2 months for shipping documents release or at the
time of arrival of the goods at Chittagong Port.
• Rest 05% will be paid after successful Installation and
commissioning
4. Validity 30 (thirty) days from the date of this Offer
5. Delivery Within 8-10 weeks from the date of order confirmation and advance
payment realized however subject to prior sale.
6. Packing Standard Export Packing
 7. Warranty PRODUCT WARRANTY: 12 months (1 Year) from the date of
commissioning, as per Manufacturer’s standard warranty.

SERVICE WARRANTY: 12 Months (1 Year) from the date of

commissioning
8. Installation & The Elevator will be installed within 1 month, provided that all
Commissioning necessary works from buyers’ end are completed.

9. Exclusions Shaft and Machine Room construction, machine room slab, pit,
/Necessary electrical mains connection up to machine room, shaft dividing.
