SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ALEX APOLONIO, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Brgy. Cruz, Victoria, Tarlac ; do hereby name,
constitute and appoint, and by these presents, have NAMED, APPOINTED AND CONSTITUTED MARIA THERESA
LINGAL, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Victoria, Tarlac, to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in
my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things, namely:

1. To represent me before the Landbank of the Philippines, Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Register of Deeds
(ROD), Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), National Irrigation Administration (NIA), Provincial
Assessor, Provincial Treasurer, Municipal Assessor, Municipal Treasurer, Local Civil Registrar (Local Civil
Registrar), and Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) in connection with the processing and transfer of title,
with Lot No. ______________________, covered by Original Certificate of Title/Transfer Certificate of
Title No. 15712;
2. To get, apply and verify my TIN Number and pay any sum or amount requisite for the registration of the said
title relative to the transfer of ownership;
3. To get, receive and claim all necessary documents requisite for the registration of the said titles;
4. To get and receive the Tax Declaration related in the abovementioned property;
5. To delegate in whole or in part any and all of the powers and authorities herein conferred by means of an
instrument in writing in favor of any third person or persons whom my said attorney-in-fact may select.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTINGP unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and perform
any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all
intents and purposes as I might or could do if physically present and acting in person, with full power of substitution and
revocation; and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact or their substitutes shall
lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
