I, MARINELLA A. TECSON, of legal age, single, Filipino, and a resident

of 382 Gitnang Silangan Capipisa Tanza Cavite, on oath, state:

1. That I am the Complainant herein this case to wit: MARINELLA A.

TECSON vs. MARICAR C. DIGO with NPS Docket No. IV-03-INV-24B-
0322 in Violation of Estafa under ART. 315 of the Revised Penal Code .
2. As such, I caused the preparation and filing of the foregoing Motion for
Reconsideration. I have read the contents thereof and understood the same.
3. That I have not commenced any action or proceeding involving the same
issue and specifically the same complaint in any Court, tribunal or quasi-
judicial agency and to the best of my knowledge, no such action or claim is
pending therein.
4. If I should learn thereafter that a similar action or proceeding has been filed
or is pending before these courts or tribunal or agency, I undertake to report
that fact to the Court within five (5) days therefrom
