Dear Parent,
Greetings!

Subject: Re-registration and Continuation for the Academic Year 2024-2025

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm in being partners in the
continuous growth and improvement at BIPS during the academic year 2023-2024.

In order to plan the admission process more diligently for the next academic year 2024-2025, it is important to know the
number of re-registrations as early as possible. To facilitate this process, we request that you pay the re-registration fee on
or before the given date to confirm your ward's seat.

Re-registration from Reception (FS2) to Year 13/Grade 12 for AY 2024-25:

Re-registration will be confirmed by the payment of AED 500 plus 3 post-dated cheques (5th Aug 2024, 5th Dec 2024, 5th
March 2025) per child on or before Sunday, 21st April 2024. Failure to do so will result in the assumption that your ward/s
will NOT continue in our school, and eventually, the seat will be allotted to the next applicant on the waiting list. However,
the re-registration fee amount collected will be deducted from the school tuition fees for the next academic year and is non-
refundable under any circumstances.

Cheques should be made payable to: Brilliant International Private School.

Online re-registration will be open from 13th March 2024. Therefore, the school will not be responsible for any parent who
is late in registering/re-registering and will not find a place. As seats are limited, re-registration will be on a first-come-first-
served basis. We might block seats earlier in case of non-availability of seats.

Please find attached the Fee Structure, Payment Procedure and Refund Policy & Admissions Policy for the academic year
2024-2025.

Re Registration Form : Re-registration will be through ILMASOFT LOGIN and parents have to register each child
separately. For more guidance kindly see the steps/process attached. Re-registration user guide

Note: Re-registration fee will not be accepted for any student:


*Who has an outstanding balance from 2023-2024 and must clear the balance on/before re-registration.
*Who has been non-compliant with the school discipline and behavior policy.
*Who does not score a minimum Grade C in IGCSE/AS level.

New registration for FS1/FS2 and siblings for AY 2024-25: Admissions are open for FS1/FS2 students. Siblings can register
for admission for other year groups. Confirmation will be based on merit and depends on the availability of seats.

‫ﻣﻦ أﺟﻞ اﻟﺘﺨﻄﯿﻂ ﺑﻌﻨﺎﯾﺔ أﻛﺒﺮ ﻟﻌﻤﻠﯿﺔ اﻟﻘﺒﻮل ﻟﻠﻌﺎم اﻟﺪراﺳﻲ اﻟﻘﺎدم ‪ ،٢٠٢٥-٢٠٢٤‬ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﮭﻢ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﺔ ﻋﺪد ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎت إﻋﺎدة اﻟﺘﺴﺠﯿﻞ ﻓﻲ أﻗﺮب وﻗﺖ ﻣﻤﻜﻦ‪.‬‬
‫ﻟﺘﺴﮭﯿﻞ ھﺬه اﻟﻌﻤﻠﯿﺔ‪ ،‬ﻧﻄﻠﺐ ﻣﻨﻜﻢ دﻓﻊ رﺳﻮم إﻋﺎدة اﻟﺘﺴﺠﯿﻞ ﻓﻲ أو ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﺘﺎرﯾﺦ اﻟﻤﺤﺪد ﻟﺘﺄﻛﯿﺪ ﻣﻘﻌﺪ وﻟﻲ أﻣﺮﻛﻢ‪.‬‬

‫ﺳﯿﺘﻢ ﺗﺨﺼﯿﺺ اﻟﻤﻘﻌﺪ ﻟﻠﻤﺘﻘﺪم اﻟﺘﺎﻟﻲ ﻓﻲ ﻗﺎﺋﻤﺔ اﻻﻧﺘﻈﺎر‪ .‬وﻣﻊ ذﻟﻚ‪ ،‬ﺳﯿﺘﻢ ﺧﺼﻢ ﻣﺒﻠﻎ رﺳﻮم إﻋﺎدة اﻟﺘﺴﺠﯿﻞ اﻟﻤﺠﻤﻊ ﻣﻦ رﺳﻮم اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ ﻟﻠﻌﺎم اﻟﺪراﺳﻲ اﻟﻘﺎدم‬
‫وھﻮ ﻏﯿﺮ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﻟﻠﺮد ﺗﺤﺖ أي ظﺮف‪.‬‬

‫ﯾﺠﺐ أن ﺗﻜﻮن اﻟﺸﯿﻜﺎت ﻣﺴﺘﺤﻘﺔ اﻟﺪﻓﻊ ﻟﺼﺎﻟﺢ‪ :‬ﻣﺪرﺳﺔ ﺑﺮﯾﻠﯿﻨﺖ إﻧﺘﺮﻧﺎﺷﯿﻮﻧﺎل اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ‬

‫ﺳﯿﻜﻮن اﻟﺘﺴﺠﯿﻞ اﻹﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻲ ﻹﻋﺎدة اﻟﺘﺴﺠﯿﻞ ﻣﻔﺘﻮًﺣﺎ ﻣﻦ ‪ ١٣‬ﻣﺎرس ‪ .٢٠٢٤‬وﺑﺎﻟﺘﺎﻟﻲ‪ ،‬ﻟﻦ ﺗﻜﻮن اﻟﻤﺪرﺳﺔ ﻣﺴﺆوﻟﺔ ﻋﻦ أي وﻟﻲ أﻣﺮ اﻟﻄﺎﻟﺐ‪/‬ة ﯾﺘﺄﺧﺮ ﻓﻲ‬
‫اﻟﺘﺴﺠﯿﻞ‪/‬إﻋﺎدة اﻟﺘﺴﺠﯿﻞ وﻟﻦ ﯾﺠﺪ ﻣﻜﺎﻧًﺎ‪ .‬ﻧﻈًﺮا ﻷن اﻟﻤﻘﺎﻋﺪ ﻣﺤﺪودة‪ ،‬ﺳﯿﺘﻢ إﻋﺎدة اﻟﺘﺴﺠﯿﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ أﺳﺎس اﻷوﻟﻮﯾﺔ‪ .‬ﻗﺪ ﻧﺤﺠﺐ اﻟﻤﻘﺎﻋﺪ ﻣﺴﺒﻘًﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎل ﻋﺪم ﺗﻮﻓﺮھﺎ‪.‬‬

‫ﯾﺮﺟﻰ اﻟﻌﺜﻮر ﻣﺮﻓﻘًﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ھﯿﻜﻞ اﻟﺮﺳﻮم‪ ،‬إﺟﺮاء اﻟﺪﻓﻊ وﺳﯿﺎﺳﺔ اﻻﺳﺘﺮداد و ﺳﯿﺎﺳﺔ اﻟﻘﺒﻮل ﻟﻠﻌﺎم اﻟﺪراﺳﻲ ‪٢٠٢٥-٢٠٢٤‬‬

‫ﻟﻢ ﯾﺘﺒﻊ ﺳﯿﺎﺳﺔ اﻻﻧﻀﺒﺎط واﻟﺴﻠﻮك اﻟﻤﺪرﺳﯿﺔ‪.‬‬ ‫•‬
‫ﻟﻢ ﯾﺤﺼﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺤﺪ اﻷدﻧﻰ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺪرﺟﺔ ‪ C‬ﻓﻲ ﻣﺴﺘﻮﯾﺎت ‪IGCSE/AS‬‬ ‫•‬

‫اﻟﺘﺴﺠﯿﻞ اﻟﺠﺪﯾﺪ ﻟـ ‪ FS1/FS2‬واﻷﺷﻘﺎء ﻟﻠﻌﺎم اﻟﺪراﺳﻲ ‪ :٢٥-٢٠٢٤‬اﻟﺘﺴﺠﯿﻼت ﻣﻔﺘﻮﺣﺔ ﻟﻄﻼب ‪ FS1/FS2.‬ﯾﻤﻜﻦ ﻟﻸﺷﻘﺎء اﻟﺘﺴﺠﯿﻞ ﻟﻠﻘﺒﻮل ﻓﻲ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﺎت‬
‫ﺳﻨﻮﯾﺔ أﺧﺮى‪ .‬ﺳﯿﺘﻢ اﻟﺘﺄﻛﯿﺪ ﺑﻨﺎًء ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺠﺪارة وﯾﻌﺘﻤﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﻮﻓﺮ اﻟﻤﻘﺎﻋﺪ ‪.‬ﻧﻤﻮذج اﻟﻘﺒﻮل اﻟﺠﺪﯾﺪ ‪٢٥-٢٠٢٤‬‬

Step 1:-Kindly log in to ILM using your parent credentials(link:https://cloud.isimsonline.com/ilm365/)
E.g. (username: - Registered mobile number, password: -bips123)

Step 2:-In your dashboard, you could see CLICK FOR RE-REGISTRATION
Step 3: - After you click on re-registration, it will take you to this window

Step 4: - Put a tick mark on Click the box for registration & Click The re-registration Button
Step 5: -Read all the policies Including Media Consent by clicking Yes/No.
Confirm Re-Registration & Submit

Step 6: - After you submit. Your online payment button will be enabled. Now you can pay the
Re-registration fee through online.
