Gnome pansies

Crochet pattern by AnnaNasToys


1.Instruments and materials
- Hook 2.00 mm
- Pink, green, yellow, light purple, purple, white and flesh yarn
- Needle for tightening and stitching
- Scissors
- Filler

When crocheting this toy, crocheting yards were used:


YarnArt Jeans (160m/50g), 55% cotton and 45% polyacryl:
- yellow - #35 (approximately 10g)
Alize Cotton Gold (330m/100g), 55% cotton and 45% polyacryl:
- pink - #33 (approximately 30g)
- green - #126 (approximately 10g)
- light purple - #43 (approximately 10g)
- purple - #44 (approximately 10g)
- white - #55 (approximately 15g)
- flesh - #382 (approximately 10g)

To create a toy 21 cm high, all the details are crocheted using single yarn with hook
2.00 mm. The filler material is holofiber.

2. Abbreviation

DEC – decrease
BLO – Back Loop Only
FLO - Front Loop Only

All amigurumi toys are crocheted with tight stitches. Avoid small holes when stretching
crochet fabric, if there are some tiny holes, use a smaller size hook. To avoid seams, all
details are crocheted in a spiral without slip stitch and lifting loops. There is a chance that
you will lose the beginning of the row; to avoid this, use a marker. It can be a colored pin
or thread of contrasting color.

Attach light purple yarn. Do not cut the pink
yarn.

Cut the pink yarn and fasten off. We continue to crochet the gnome's body with pink yarn

Cut the yarn. Using a needle, pull the loops into a ring (photo 2).
4. Hand
Flesh yarn, hook 2.00 mm. Do not fill the part.

2 row: 5 INC (10)
3-5 rows: 10 Sc
Attach pink yarn. Cut flesh yarn.
6-16 rows: 10 Sc
Cut the yarn, leaving a long end for sewing the part to
the body.
Make 2 pieces.

5. Nose
Flesh yarn, hook 2.00 mm. Detail fill a little

sewing the part to the body.

6. Beard
White yarn, hook 2.00 mm. Do not fill the part.

Cut the yarn, leaving a long end of the yarn for sewing the part to the body.

7. Pansies
Small flower
Yellow yarn, hook 2,00 mm.
1 row: in magic ring: ( 2 Ch, 3 hdc, 2 Ch, 1 Sc) - 4 times, 2 Ch, 5 hdc, 2 Ch, 1 Sc, Sl st
Cut yellow yarn and fasten off. Attach purple yarn (photo 6).
2 row: 3 Ch, hdc in the same loop, 2 hdc in one loop - 2 times, 3 Ch (photo 7), Sl st in a
loop between the petals (photo 8), ( 3 Ch, 2 hdc in one loop - 3 times, 3 Ch, Sl st in a
loop between the petals) - 3 times, 3 Ch, 2 hdc in one loop - 5 times, 3 Ch, Sl st in a loop
between the petals, 1 Ch, Sl st in the second loop of the second row
Cut purple yarn and fasten off. Attach light purple yarn to the largest petal (photo 9).
3 row: 2 Ch, hdc in the same loop, 2 hdc in one loop - 9 times, 3 Ch, Sc in magic ring
(photo 11), ( 3 Ch, 2 Sc in one loop - 6 times, 3 Ch, Sc in magic ring) - 3 times, 3 Ch, 1
Sc (photo 12), pull out the hook and insert the hook into the last loop of the 2nd petal and
pull the thread through this loop and continue crocheting the 5th petal (photo 13-15), Sc
in the same loop, 2 Sc in one loop - 5 times, 3 Ch, Sc in magic ring, 3 Ch, Sl st in the
second loop of the third row.
Cut the yarn, leaving a long end for sewing. Make 2 pieces.
Small flower
Yellow yarn, hook 2,00 mm.
1 row: in magic ring: ( 2 Ch, 3 dc, 2 Ch, 1 Sc) - 4 times, 2 Ch, 5 dc, 2 Ch, 1 Sc, Sl st
Cut yellow yarn and fasten off. Attach purple yarn.
2 row: 3 Ch, dc in the same loop, 2 dc in one loop - 2 times, 3 Ch, Sl st in a loop between
the petals, ( 3 Ch, 2 dc in one loop - 3 times, 3 Ch, Sl st in a loop between the petals) - 3
times, 3 Ch, 2 dc in one loop - 5 times, 3 Ch, Sl st in a loop between the petals, 1 Ch, Sl
st in the second loop of the second row
Cut purple yarn and fasten off. Attach light purple yarn to the largest petal.
3 row: 2 Ch, dc in the same loop, 2 dc in one loop - 9 times, 3 Ch, Sc in magic ring, ( 3
Ch, 2 hdc in one loop - 6 times, 3 Ch, Sc in magic ring) - 3 times, 3 Ch, 1 hdc, pull out
the hook and insert the hook into the last loop of the 2nd petal and pull the thread
through this loop and continue crocheting the 5th petal, hdc in the same loop, 2 hdc in
one loop - 5 times, 3 Ch, Sc in magic ring, 3 Ch, Sl st in the second loop of the third row.
Cut the yarn, leaving a long end for sewing.

Leaf
Green yarn, hook 2,00 mm.
Crochet 8 Ch.
From the 2nd loop from the hook: 2 Sl st, 1 dc, 2 tr, 1 dc, 3 Sc in one loop, on the back of
the chain: 1 dc, 2 tr, 1 dc, 2 Sl st
Cut the yarn, leaving a long end for sewing. Make 4 pieces.
9. Assembly
Sew the arms to the body (photo 19-20).
Sew the beard to the body (photo 21-22).
Sew the nose to the body (photo 23).
Sew flowers and leaves to the hat (photo 24-27).
