Hiring for Talent Acquisitions at Force 10 INTEGRATED SERVICES PRIVATE


LIMITED.

Role- Executive- Talent Acquisition

Experience- 1 to 5 years of experience in recruitment.

Work from office.

Location: Khadki, Pune

Package- 1.50 LPA – Up to 3.50 LPA

Shift-9:30AM to 6:30PM

Job Description-

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to join our Talent
Acquisition team! As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting
and hiring talent with the goal to full-fill our hiring needs.

Job Responsibilities:

 Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.


 Identify and sourcing candidates through Job portals and Reference (Shine,
Naukri and LinkedIn).
 Search Resume database for the getting the right candidates fulfilling the
requirements of the Vacancy.
 Determine selection criteria.
 Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and
strategies.
 Write and proofread Job Descriptions.
 Recommend new sources for active and passive candidates recruiting.
 Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates.
 Use multi-channel approach to recruit.
 Evaluate which sources bring best candidates.
FORCE 10
 Identify Key recruiting KPIs.
 Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to
attract high quality applicants.
 Review applicant’s to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
 Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls,
assessment and in-person interviews
 Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees
 Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
 Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
 Maintain records of Daily Calling, Daily Lineups, Interview Scheduled, Joining on
Excel Sheet.
 Calling Potential candidates, briefing them about the vacancy, discussing the JD
with them to ensure they have the required skills & experience as demanded by
the Client.
 Managing full recruitment cycle from receiving the requirements, Sourcing,
Screening, Selecting, Scheduling Interview, Hiring & onboarding.
 Conduct regular Follow up with Managers & team Leaders to determine the day
today requirements.
 Liaise closely with external recruitment vendors on staffing needs

Job Requirements:

 Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field


 Proven work experience 1- 2 years as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
or similar role.
 In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods
 Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements.
 Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment process
 Passion about HR and Talent Acquisition methods
 Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
 Ability to scan large volumes of resumes.
 Should have an experience into volume hiring.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Understanding and familiarity with Basics of MS office.
