1.Sketch 简述
HR series flow type dust collector is mainly used for the collection
of suspended dust and particles, whether it is used for air pollution
control, or as a part of the production process, it can ensure efficient
continuous on line dust collect. The machine has the advantage of stable
operation, large air blow, small volume, convenient maintenance. It can
be widely used in metallurgy、 machinery、casting and chemical and so
on.
HR 系列沉流式型除尘器主要用于悬浮的粉尘和微粒的收集，无论是
用于空气污染控制，或作为生产过程中的一个部分，它都能确保高效连续
在线的粉尘收集。该机具有运行稳定，处理风量大，体积小，维修方便等
优点。可广泛用于冶金、机械、铸造、化工等部门。

2.Working principle 工作原理

(1) Normal operation 正常操作

Under normal operation, dust airflow through the bottom inlet into
HR type dust collector, then upward through filter, the dust will be
collected on the surface of filter, after filter’s clean air through filter center
into air cleaning room, then exhaust from outlet pipe.
在正常操作下，含尘空气经底部入口进入 HR 型除尘器，然后向上通
过滤芯，粉尘即被收集在滤芯外表面上，过滤后的清洁空气经滤芯中心进
入清洁空气室，通过出口管排出。

(2) Cartridge filter cleaning 滤筒清灰

Filter can clean automatically and intermittently, the method is only
one set of (2 pieces) filter for off line cleaning in any given time.
滤芯可自动地和间断地进行清灰，其方式是在任一给定的时间内仅
有一组（2 只）滤芯进行离线清灰。
During filter dust cleaning process, pulse injection control device
connect a electromagnetic pulse valve power, making the corresponding
diaphragm valve erupt high pressure air, the high pressure air pass
through the filter from inside to outside, and the dust is removed on the
outer surface of the filter, the dust particle fall into dust hopper, then into
ash bin.

 在滤芯清灰过程中，脉冲喷吹控制仪接通一只电磁脉冲阀的电源，
使相应的隔膜阀喷出脉冲高压空气，高压空气即从内到外穿过滤芯，将附
着在滤芯外表面上的粉尘除去，尘粒落入尘斗，然后进入集灰桶。
Compressed air pressure is better adjust to 6kg/cm2 ,
6kg/cm2-7kg/cm2 compressed air pressure is the most standard setting
value that can meet requirements of the cleaning function. The smaller
the compressed air pressure setting value, the smaller the gas
consumption of pulse valve. Pulse injection control device can be
adjusted to clean a column filter every 10 seconds, to increase the dust
cleaning quantity, can improve the pressure of compressed air, but can
not exceed 7kg/cm2.
压缩空气的压力最好调整为 6kg/cm2,6kg/cm2-7kg/cm2 压缩空气压力
是可以满足清灰功能要求的最标准的设定值。压缩空气压力的设定值越
小，脉冲阀的耗气量越小。脉冲喷吹控制仪一般可调整到每 10 秒钟清扫
一列滤芯，要加大清灰能量，可提高压缩空气的压力，但不应超过 7kg/cm2。

3.Brief introduction of structure 结构简介

HR series Cartridge dust collector according to use requirements
can be made into HR2-8、HR2-12、HR3-12、HR4-16 one module type,
HR2-16、HR2-24、HR3-24、HR4-32 two module type, HR2-36、HR3-36、
HR4-36 three module type and HR3-36、HR4-64 four module type and
five 、six module type, and so on.
HR 系列滤芯式除尘器根据使用要求可制成 HR2-8、 HR2-12、HR3-12、
HR4-16 一个模块型式，HR2-16、HR2-24、HR3-24、HR4-32 两个模块型
式，HR2-36、HR3-36、HR4-48 三个模块型式和 HR3-36、HR4-64 四个模
块及五个、六个模块等型式。
air inlet is in the side, also can on the top, the air outlet is in the upper
part of air cleaning chamber, also can be set in the side or top of the air
cleaning chamber.
进风口设置在侧面，也可设置在顶部，出风口设置在清洁空气室的
上部，也可设置在清洁空气室的侧面或顶面。

4.Use notes 使用注意事项

(1) Because the potential danger of fire accident in the dust
collector, to avoid such as polishing cloth、 paper、 wood、dust、and
combustible substances such as magnesium power and black metal
mixed with dust produced in the process of grinding.
由于在除尘器内存在着可能因火花引起火灾事故的潜在危险，故必
须避免诸如抛光绒布、纸片、木材、粉尘和镁粉之类的可燃物质与黑色金
属在研磨过程中所产生的粉尘相混合。
(2) In any case, do not allow operators throw burning cigarette and

other objects into suspended hood and wind pipe which controlled by
dust.
在任何情况下，均不允许设备操作人员将未熄灭的香烟或其它燃烧
着的物件抛入粉尘控制的吸风罩或风管中。
(3) In case of dust collector used to collect flammability and
explosive dust, dust collector must be installed outside the workshop.
And should consult the fire fighting equipment installation person who
are familiar with this type fire accident and local fire regulation,
recommending and installing corresponding fire equipment by them,
dust collector itself doesn’t have fire fight equipment.
在除尘器用于收集可燃性或爆炸性粉尘的情况下，除尘器必须安装
在厂房外面。此外还应向熟悉这类火灾事故和当地消防法规的消防设备安
装人员请教，由他们推荐和安装相应的消防设备，除尘器本身并不备有消
防设备。
(4) In some cases, you need to set up drain cracking-off, determine
appropriate explosion vent area ratio. For dust control equipment
installed in the workshop, the upper explosive vent must lead to the
outside, to reduce the possibility of secondary explosions. To do this,
please consult the relevant department to determine appropriate drain
cracking-off method. When ordering, if there is no special requirement,
the dust collector usually doesn’t include venting door.
在某些情况下，需要设置泄爆口，确定合适的泄爆面积比。对于安
装在厂房内的粉尘控制设备，其上泄爆口必须引向室外，以尽量减少二次
爆炸的可能性。为此请向有关部门咨询，以确定合适的泄爆排气方法。订
货时，如果没有特别要求，除尘器通常不包括泄爆门。

5.Maintenance notes 维护注意事项

Before require any electrical device must cut off the power supply,
shut off gas power, empty compressed air pipe. Can’t carry out welding
in the machine body if no fire prevention measure
维修任何电气器件之前必须截断电源，关断气源，排空压缩空气管。
无防火措施不得在机体内进行电焊。

(1)Filter change 滤芯拆换

①When change filter, should start from repair hole at the top of unit, so
that the falling hopper dust particles will not out through repair hole.
在拆换滤芯时，应先从机组的顶部检修孔开始，这样落入尘斗的尘粒将不

致通过下面的检修孔逸出。

②Turn the knob in the anti clockwise direction, loose bolts and remove
maintenance door and put it on side.
用手反时针方向转动旋钮，松开螺栓，拆下检修门，并置于一侧。

③Remove filter, peel off the sealing gasket between filter and filter plate.
Turn the filter 1/2 slowly, let all rubbish that stacked on the top of filter
falling down, removing from repair hole in front of the dust collector.
移动滤芯，剥掉滤芯和滤芯托板密封面之间的密封垫。慢慢转动滤芯 1/2
转，使所有堆积在滤芯顶部的垃圾掉落，从除尘器的前面检修孔取出。

④ Do not knock the filter, and do not drop on the ground or other hard
surface, otherwise will damage the filter and air leak.
滤芯不可敲击，也不可跌落地面，或其它硬表面上，否则会损坏滤芯，导
致漏气。

⑤Check ash stacking condition in ash storage area, if it needs to clean.

检查存灰地区的灰渣堆积情况，如果需要清扫即行清扫。

⑥ To ensure the reliable sealing of filter gasket, must put bearing plate
around the filter, each filter cover and access door need to clean the ash
up.
为确保滤芯密封垫的可靠密封，必须将孔口四周滤芯支承衬板，每个滤芯
端盖和检修门上的灰渣都清除干净。

(2)Filter installation 滤芯安装

① Straight look at each frame, make all the filter sealing gasket tail
towards cleaning area and insert, push in new filter.
顺看每一支架，将全部滤芯上的滤芯密封垫尾端朝着清洁区方向往里插
入，推入新的滤芯。

②Clean access hole sealing gasket up, turn the knob clockwise, install
the access door in the thread of frame, tighten by hand. If the filter
sealing gasket compression is not enough, may lead to leakage.
擦净检修孔密封垫，按顺时针方向转动旋钮，将检修门盖重新安装在支架
的丝扣上，用手牢牢拧紧。如果滤芯密封垫压缩不够，可能会产生泄漏。

(3)Ash cleaning 灰渣的清除
①According to the need shut down the dust collector to exclude ash, so
that make the dust in the hopper as little as possible.
根据需要关停除尘器排除灰渣，以使尘斗内的积灰尽可能少。

② If the dust hopper is equipped with an insert plate valve, must shut
down valve before cleaning ash bucket, then move and pure the ash
bucket, reinstall the ash bucket and open insert plate valve. If the
procedure is followed, don’t need to close the dust collector fan.
如果尘斗装有插板阀，在处理灰筒前，必须先关掉插板阀，然后再扳动和
倒尽灰筒，重新安装好灰筒，并拉开插板阀。如果这一程序是接着进行的，
则除尘器风机不必关停。
