Ms. Beigh Kerry

CEO, Breadsweets
13A1 Balete Ave.

Dear Ms. Kerry:

I have been your employee for seven good years now. A fact that causes me pain as I am now currently
sending you my resignation letter.

I did not arrive to this decision lightly. It took me many days of thinking and consideration to finally
realize that this is the best choice for you and me. The reasons for my decision largely depended on the
way you managed the company. For a long time, I have felt like I am working under slave labor. You have
worked all of your employees (me included) to the point of absolute exhaustion. You have given us
heavy workloads and very strict deadlines to finish. It has come to the point where I dread every day I
come to work. And yet, despite me and several employees coming to you and addressing our concerns,
you have chosen to ignore us. Thus, I have come to the conclusion that I cannot work here anymore.

I hope you wish me luck in my future endeavors as I am with you.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Michael Thom G. Macabuhay
