I am overwhelmed with a sense of pride and gratitude for each member of the “CRACKERS” or

the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy Silent Drill Company. Today, I want to share a
message of success, both as a midshipmen and as a collective force that drives this highly calibre
committee moves forward. I am M/LCDR BASCOS, RYAN JOE from Lamot, Ifugao.

Silent Drill Company has emerged as a shining example of discipline, precision, and excellence
for the PMMA. Our commitment to perfection and unwavering dedication to our craft have
earned us a distinguished reputation, and have come to rely on a flawless performances time and
time again.

Success is not achieved overnight; it is the result of countless hours of practice, perseverance,
and pushing beyond our limits. Waking up before the dusk rise above the grounds of PMMA
early as 0300H. To run, sweat and execute gruelling riffle drills. Juggling both academics and
trainings every day and not quitting. It is a testament to our unwavering focus on constant
improvement and our refusal to settle for anything less than the best.

Each day, we have strived to surpass our previous accomplishments, and it is this relentless
pursuit of greatness that has set us apart from the every performances, inside or outside the
academy.
Through this journey, we have learned the value of camarederie, trust, and effective
communication. Also, throughout the entire year, PMMA core values have been instilled to
every each of us. Where, integrity guide our actions, humility fuel our creativity, and courage
drives us forward. Our commitment to excellence must remain unwavering, as we strive to not
only meet but exceed the expectations of our dear Academy, the PMMA.

I am truly privileged to lead such an exceptional committee, and I have complete faith in our
collective abilities. Together, there is no challenge that the “CRACKERS” cannot conquer, no
stage we cannot grace, and no heights we cannot reach. As we move forward, let us stand tall,
shoulders squared, heads held high, and continue to inspire with our silent brilliance.

Thank you for your unwavering dedication and tireless efforts. Our success is a testament to your
hard work, and I am confident that our future holds even greater triumphs.

With utmost respect and admiration, again I am M/LCDR BASCOS, RYAN JOE your PMMA
