The videos show that engaging students and fostering their strengths are goals of learner-
centered education. With the aid of this instructional strategy, students can learn how to make
decisions, solve problems, work in teams, and make presentations that are pertinent to the
demands of the labor market today. First, From the setup of the classroom can affect to the
learning of the pupils that is why we need to make our classroom a conducive for learning that
all pupils are comfortable so that they can learn effectively. Second, making a class charters are
to make sure you are aware of your rights in the classroom. These rights are significant because
they support your safety and happiness while you pursue your education. The class charter aids
in bringing classroom all together so that may take responsibility for the classroom and our
collective learning. Third, A cheerful classroom is a good goal for a variety of reasons. When
kids are happy, they work more, learn more, and retain material for a longer period of time.
Students in a happy classroom are more motivated and have fewer behavioral concerns. A
happy classroom benefits instructors as well. Happiness study shows that finding joy in our life
lessens stress. It can also lower our blood pressure and reduce our risk of illness and disease.
Your amount of optimism can even influence how long you live! Lastly, it is the most important
in learner centered teaching where in we are allowing student to hear their voice and to get
their opinion, suggestion and clarification inside the classroom because in that why we can
build and developed their confidence. And this is the most important during the discussion
where student and teachers have an interaction. Not all the time teacher are the one who will
supply that information but instead teacher will get the ideas of others. There for I conclude,
emphasizing how the new knowledge resolves a problem or adds value, learner-centered
education encourages students to take responsibility of what they learn. The facilitator
presents the learner with a problem and leads the group as they develop a solution rather than
simply bombarding the student with material. Instead of just waiting for the teacher to provide
the answers, students actively "discover" the new material and develop solutions. The role of a
Teacher inside the classroom should facilitator, moderator, and the inside the classroom one
who will supervise all the activities inside the classroom and we are the will proses the learning
of our pupils.
